SCOTUS to rule tomorrow on whether states can choose to disallow boys in girls' sports

Despite Democrats knowing this is wrong, yet afraid to offend their screeching woke anti-science retards on Tiktok and X, they are trying to avoid dealing with this issue head on.

Tomorrow, SCOTUS will rule if states can make their own rules regarding shutting out so-called "transgender females" (dudes) from women's/girls' sports

There's cases involving two red states -- West Virginia and Idaho.

West Virginia v. B.P.J.: This involves 15-year-old boy pretending to be a girl named Becky Pepper-Jackson, sophomore and track & field athlete. Bro tried to run cross-country in middle-school as a girl, but sucked at it to where even the biological girls were beating him. Dude then pivoted to something where he has a much greater advantage -- shotput and discus throwing! So of course this unathletic boy is suddenly killing it because he gets to throw against girls. However, he is going to be shut out due to the state's Save Women’s Sports Act (HB 3293), which bars biological males from competing on girls' teams. Lower courts had blocked the law in his favor, citing violations of Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, but now SCOTUS is going to have the final say.

Little v. Hecox: This challenges Idaho's similar ban (the first-in-the-nation law from 2020), originally brought by Lindsay Hecox, a trans college student who wanted to compete in track. Hecox recently sought to drop the case (bro decided the publicity was too much to handle), but Idaho has pushed to keep it alive, and the Court deferred a decision on dismissal until after arguments.

Of course, the ACLU is involved trying to overturn these bans. That's the type of shit the ACLU does these days, as they've become cool with censorship.

The American people are very much on the side of banning this ridiculous and unfair shit.

Poor CNN got owned in their own poll:

Bonus content: Watch Washington state Democrats, including the governor, dance around the boys-in-girls-sports issue, and refuse to answer a direct question. These politicians are so slimy.

    More bonus content:

The Paramount show "Landman" features a pretty blond chick completely dismantling her new "non-binary" roommate's request to be addressed by they/them pronouns.

Rather than showing the non-binary person to be the sensible, good-hearted one and the feminine girl to be ignorant and mean, this scene subtly mocks the non-binary character.

I think the pendulum is swinging back. This show wouldn't have had such a scene 5 years ago.

They even made the "they/them" girl from Minneapolis! LOL!

Ok it’s a guilty pleasure because I’m pretty much down for anything Billy Bob. It’s not Goliath. Not close. The mother/daughter are hot, but detract from the show imo.

But, you can already tell which way that storyline is going to go imo. Like the mom showed up and told the non-binary girl she missed out on making a friend. But it wasn’t contentious. And I have a feeling the super hot daughter and the non-binary girl will be doing shit together pretty soon. They’ll be friends. So all that realism will likely get drowned out by a non realistic story angle that never happens in the real world.

I also find the Hispanic girl the prettiest girl on the show. Which is saying something as the blondes are very hot and Demi Moore has aged spectacularly. The lawyer is hot too. I guess it’s not a shocker why I’m watching.

I'll admit I don't watch the show, so I can't tell you more about it than this one scene, and from what I've read about it in general.

    It seems relatively well liked.

Would be disappointing if BCR's prediction came true, and the pretty daughter ends up close to the non-binary lesbian in some way. It will be especially disappointing if they end up as lovers or whatever.

The thing I liked about that scene is that it was clearly mocking the typical Minneapolis non-binary leftist types, and in fact did it so ruthlessly that it was actually too over-the-top. Was a refreshing change.

BCR: Won’t be lovers. That girl is as straight as a girl can be.

    Anyway, back to the cases.

    They were heard today.

It appears highly likely that all 6 conservative justices will vote to uphold the state bans, and the 3 liberal justices will dissent. This means the court is highly likely to reverse the lower court rulings, and put the bans back in place. Good!

This is why I'm very happy to see a 6-3 court, as it's absurd that the 3 liberals are so ideologically brainwashed to where they can't see the this is not any form of discrimination.

Among the remarks made by the justices:

    - Brett Kavanaugh emphasized the success of women's sports over the past 50 years. He felt concerned that including "transgender females" in female supports could reverse gains or create unfairness. He talked about his own experience coaching girls' basketball, and how he felt a boy on the team would absolutely dominate.

    - Samuel Alito pressed challengers on defining "sex" and challenged claims that opposition to transgender inclusion equates to bigotry.

    - John Roberts sought to distinguish this from prior transgender rights cases, focusing on sports' unique context.

    - Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson pushed back, claiming discrimination against transgender individuals. They opined that case-by-case assessments (such as for those with hormone treatments, supposedly negating biological advantage) could allow participation.

The reason the "discrimination" argument fails is because sports have been long segregated specifically due to biological differences. Otherwise, males would have a gigantic competitive advantage, to the point where girls would rarely be able to make the team. By separating sports by biological sex, it allows for girls/women to play competitive sports against each other, without having to beat men in order to get a spot on the team, nor risk injury playing physical sports against biological men. It's the same reason kids' sports are segregated by age.

It is ridiculous to undo the entire reason for women's sports, simply because some failed male athletes want to play against girls.

Even worse, the left is so stubborn about this that they want ALL "transgender females" to be able to play women's sports -- with no requirements to prove actually being transgender. Putting on women's clothes and saying, "I'm a female now" is enough, according to them.

Look at "Lia Thomas". He was still the exact same dude he was the year before, when he was an average male swimmer, and had only been on testosterone-suppressing drugs for less than a year prior to competing as a woman. His male body was already fully developed by then, yet he was a darling of the left.

Seriously how can you listen to these people and vote for them? I realize you're not voting for the justices, but you're voting for the people appointing them -- who spew the exact same bullshit.

Imagine being such a coward that you can't say the truth about biological realities. Well, either a coward or a complete retard who really believes that sex is "assigned at birth" rather an an observable fact.

You dummies say that MAGA is a cult, and yet most of your party is on board with this absurdity, and your politicians stick by it even if it costs them elections.

    I know, I know, you're going to say it's a minor issue.

But it's not. Because it's a litmus test.

If you are too stupid and/or spineless to stand up and say that men shouldn't be in women's sports or prisons, then I don't want you making public policy decisions. You have demonstrated that you are either a retard or a complete coward, and refuse to look at common sense -- very bad qualities for a leader or any kind.

The Democratic Party has been captured by the weirdo extremists, and they don't even realize it.

I watched all of last season. Landman depicts the reality of the oilfield better than anything I've seen. It shows what oil companies and oil field workers have to contend with to produce fuel for the American people. The reality it depicts is definitely not a left wing view.

Haven't watched any of Season 2 yet but will binge watch it.

While you’re stacking Season 2, I highly recommend the podcast Boomtown which was Taylor Sheridan’s inspiration for Landman. Fantastic listen. Perfect for a long drive.

Unfortunately, a lot of today's "scientists" and "doctors" have been ideologically captured, and are intentionally blind to reality in many areas.

Don’t watch the show but the title landman is inaccurate, a true landman’s job is pretty dull.

Don’t have the channel, too much streaming as it is.

What did you think of Goliath? I saw it when each season first came out, and thought it was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. But for some reason when binge rewatching it years later, it suddenly seemed like a great show, way better than I initially thought.
