Jake Shields is one of only a few people I have blocked on Twitter. Funny story that I think I have told before. But just after Elon bought Twitter and all the right wing garbage first started becoming prominent on the platform (way before 10/7), I noticed that I was getting a lot of Jake Shields tweets in my timeline. I actually knew who he was, because I was briefly into MMA when Shields was fighting (Strikeforce on Showtime) and remembered him. But I had no clue why I was suddenly getting tweets from him now. LOL. Qatar and Trump definitely gave the green light for Israel to kill Hamas leadership; Israel just bungled it. And the Qatar defense pact had already been arranged and was part of all the deals Trump made with Qatar for his own personal gain. At this point Tucker should just be regarded as Qatari propaganda. No different than Al Jazeera. He doesn't even talk about American domestic issues anymore, unless there is an angle to criticize the Jews. It is just non stop Israel/Jew bashing on behalf of his new paymasters.
Trump isn't Israel first or America first. He is Trump first. He is going to do whatever he feels is best for himself, which in this case included making a bunch of deals with Qatar, including the security guarantees and giving them some kind of joint Air Force base in the US. I do appreciate in his recent "interview" with the Qatari Prime Minister (I guarantee that guy has never had a real interview in his life, just scripted propaganda) Tucker just threw out that he was buying property in Qatar, like the PM didn't already know. No Americans are buying property in Qatar unless it is approved, and for someone high profile like Tucker it would have to be approved at the very top; and in Tucker's case it was probably payment for services rendered.

What I don't understand about the Israel-bashing is that it's all over the place.
Sometimes it casts Palestinians (or even Hamas) as victims, but when you point out the atrocities there, you get "Well I didn't say I was pro-Hamas, I just am against what Israel is doing."
Sometimes it casts Iran as a victim, but when you point out that Iran was largely behind the 10/7 attacks, you get "Well I never said I was pro-Iran".
Sometimes it casts Qatar as a victim, but when you point out that Qatar had a hand in 10/7, and also pays for a ton of US-aimed propaganda, you get, "Well, look at Trump taking favors from Qatar!"
Sometimes it casts the American taxpayer as a victim, but when you point out how little the money spent on Israel is compared to the overall budget, and how much larger instances of spending (which are also really wasteful) are ignored by the same people, they say, "Stop changing the subject!"
Sometimes it's claimed that Israel controls US policy, media, Hollywood, banks, or all of the above, and you post counterpoints debunking it, you get, "Oh that's what they want you to think!"
So I'll ask very clearly:
What is the actual problem with Israel? What are they doing, where is the proof, how much is it costing us, why don't you feel their actions are justified, and why are you way more focused upon them than every other foreign country, including direct stated enemies of the US?
If you hate the Jews and are just taking this opportunity to go after them because it's become fashionable on social media, just admit it. Don't pretend you care about the "innocent" people of Gaza who are victims of "genocide" and "starvation".
The problem with Israel is they control the US govt and our foreign policy is dedicated to Israel's strategic interest at tremendous cost to America.

Yes, there is a Greater Israel plan being pushed by zionist members of the Likud Party. Google it. Read several sources. They openly claim that all the west bank is Israel. And the hardcore right of Likud believe Israel should expand to triple it's size.
There are 500K Israeli settlers in the west bank and they continue to annex more and more of it. This is not a covert operation. They are openly doing it. Another 19 outposts were just approved.
Why would anyone move settlers into an area that they know they will have to leave if there is a two state solution. The answer, known by Likud, is they will never allow a two state solution.
A more important question. Why would Americans believe a two state solution is possible when Israeli settlers continue to move into the area?

Any number spent via the federal budget is going to look huge to individuals, unless you are as rich as Elon or Bezos. I always hated histrionics such as "OMG look what the government wasted $3 million on", and even if it's totally ridiculous, it cost each citizen literally one penny. People have trouble breaking it down in these terms, though. They see a large amount of money listed, imagine what they could have done with the money, and get mad.
Israel got billions instead of millions, but it's still a small amount of money, especially when stretched over the period of time it was given. If you want to argue that we shouldn't give Israel anything, I'll disagree, but at least I can understand it.
But if you're making the money given to Israel as your main case for fiscal irresponsibility, but ignoring everything else (including stuff MUCH bigger), then it's more motivated by Jew hatred than concern for taxpayer dollars.
