However bad you think this problem is, trust me it's worse. This is another Modelo can special. Knowing what I know and seeing what I've seen personally, I wouldn't buy a home built in the last 15 years unless I oversaw the construction firsthand. This has gotten completely out of control not just in Texas, but the entire Southwest, Oklahoma, and now even Missouri too.
