Internationally. I can't see either Pokerstars or FTP offering online poker to the U.S. unless and until a statutory and regulatory scheme is enacted AND the UIGEA is repealed (or declared inapplicable or invalid). Even then, I don't see it happening for a long long time.

These types of questions may be better answered when and if the actual terms of a DoJ/PS agreement, if one exists, become public.

For $750 million Stars would obviously asked for charges to be dropped and a clause permitting them to reenter the market. IF this story is true I'll say it's about 99% that Stars already has a B&M casino lined up for a partnership in Nevada... Deal doesn't make enough sense otherwise

That part could very well be true. If you think about it, he was indicted and it would be far easier for them to let the charges go against both PokerStars and Isai if he is no longer in the picture. I mean, he made his millions (billions??) so why not just get rid of the headache altogether and hand the company off to some B&M casino group or something.... Steve Wynn, Shelly Adelson, MGM, whoever.

Pretty much confirmation of at least an attempted deal.
