You are projecting a lot to the point I think you might be confusing me with someone else. In all the times I have voted in my life I never for one second thought "which candidate is better for Israel or the Jews" and voted for that candidate. I am not an ideologue, and have voted Democrat and Republican.

I generally vote for the candidate/party that is less retarded with less retarded positions, which generally means picking the less populist candidate, as populism generally means catering to low IQ superstitious peasants with horrible ideas.
