Yes age verification for all the major sites has now been enforced but simply using a VPN bypasses it completely and everyone knows it. This is just part of a huge build-up of political pressure against Keir Starmer and the Labour government which is surprising considering Labour won the election last July with a large majority. I don't remember an elected prime minister becoming this unpopular so quickly. Starmer has less charisma then a waxwork dummy but was perceived to be sensible and moderate. I honestly only skimmed this, I rarely read your posts at all, but everything I did read is just more embarrassing, baseless takes. No one is denying that the internet isn't actually anonymous, but for the local, state, and federal governments to actually go digging typically requires some level of probable cause. I know you are smart enough, just barely, to realize that if one had access to all data from a site like X and every person's actual identity was tied to it, compiling a database of keywords/phrases and memes and the text in them that anyone decided were problematic by the individual who posted them would be extremely easy.
