First off, there are lots of consumer complaints online, including this one from May 2025.

Second, they lost their license in Curacao in December 2024.

Third, their case in Curacao was so egregious that it has brought renewed scrutiny to Curacao's licensing, as it was many in the industry believe that BC.game should have lost their license ages ago.
