A LOT of us bought this brand. I could overlook almost everything else. Are his people just inept? Hegseth, Witkoff & Rubio? I really dunno.

I hate admitting I was wrong.

His legacy won’t be tariffs or the deficit. It’ll be this

Islamic terrorists are not afraid of death. They are afraid of failure, and a death without having achieved your terror goals is considered a failure.

This is why a terrorist who dies flying an airplane into the WTC is proud and eager to do so, whereas a terrorist dreads dying from an Israeli bomb while in the planning stages of an attack.

The absolutely most dangerous scenario for the world is an enemy with nukes who isn't afraid of their own country being nuked in retaliation. In such a case, mutually assured destruction doesn't work.

Iran is too far along with their nuclear program. Israel was running out of time. Once capable of nuking Israel, Iran will hold a lot of the cards, as Israel does not want its citizens to die, while Iran does not care about their own.

I don't see how anyone can deny that Iran has been engaging in a proxy war against Israel since October 7, 2023. Given that being the case, how can you blame Israel for these actions?

    Hey Gringo,

Iran's proxy war with Israel started way before 10/07/2023. it started right after their Islamic Revolution. They ahve been funding Hezbollah, Hamas, the P.A., Islamic Jihad, the Houthis, Hooty and the Blowfish and several Iraqi militant groups as far back as the early 1980s.

just got back in town last night. it's amazing to see the breadth and scope of what Israel ahs been able to do to the Paper Tiger Iran. For all of the Iranian chants of ..."Death to America" and "Death to Israel", it seems that like Orko, the Iranians are impotent. On day 1, Israel decapitated the Iranian Military, killed a bunch of their top nuclear scientists, knocked out the Iranian air defences, destroyed most of Iran's military planes, destroyed many of Iran's missile depots and launchers. On day 2, they damaged Natanz and several other Nuclear sites, gained complete control of Iranian airspace, killed a bunch more of IRGC leaders and scientists and destroyed more artillary and missile launchers. Day 3, 4 and 5 was more of the same, with iran only being able to launch missiles at civilian areas. Every single drone that Iran launched was shot down. The Iranians are now trying to stall the inevitable by now saying they want negotiations. Their military backs are broken, like the "Broke backs" of Orko and his idol Nick Fuentes.

well he promised to end wars, now he is engaging us in more. and trashing anyone in his way.

serious ? - are we better off under Trump at this point than Biden?

i suppose the answer can best be answered with immigration topic - so yes. but minus that, nah.

the big, beautiful bill. jesus christ what a bunch of weak minded cunts humans are.

the dems really fucked up with their illegal immigration and giveaway bs. it was the difference in the last election. and they held to it until the end.

end of times. just going to take a while, which is preferable.

Seeing more an more reports about B-52s joining B-2s on Diego Garcia, well within range of Iran.

Imagine the look of horror when the Iranian Paper Tigers see this coming at them

All of it is so weird. Like I have zero respect for the guy as I don’t think he has any internal code whatsoever and I think he is basically retarded on the Middle East and would flunk some basic knowledge test that anyone who has read a book could pass, but his instincts about shit are usually spot on when it comes to other humans.

I never bought the Trump as peacemaker guy as I have zero doubt he’d kill an entire family who personally insulted his ego if he could get away with it, but I don’t know what to make of this situation and I’m hesitant to jump to any solid conclusion until the hand plays out.

I do think he likes the idea of Trump the guy who isn’t the neocon. Any protracted engagement and that notion is vapor and he becomes a less likable W.

The problem with this situation is that he doesn’t trust our intelligence, our anyone else in the worlds intelligence who all say Iran isn’t all that close. The Jews are the only ones who say Iran is that close. But on the other hand, they are the ones most likely to know as they likely have multiple people deeply embedded in important positions in Iran.

But as Vaughn has pointed out, Netanyahu also has large domestic issues that give him an incentive to doctor the intelligence also which cloud this whole thing. Politicians are politicians regardless of flag and he is completely capable of a wag the dog move.

So Trump or his idiot people kind of painted him in a corner here.

He sends a few B-52s to drop the bunker busters and it ends there, people won’t care in a year. He has pretty much failed in every way this term. No wars have been ended, they’ve escalated, and nothing smart has been done and yet he’s still fairly popular. His base has extremely low standards. Their quality of life can diminish in every way and yet they’ll still worship him.

But as we have seen, Middle East shit tends to spiral and whatever his intentions, everything can go sideways in a hurry.

No one is buying that Iran posed a threat to us even if they developed a nuke. It would complicate the Middle East, it’s preferable they don’t, but Pakistan has them and radical Islam had enough power there to hide Bin Laden for a decade and the world still carried on.

I get why the Jews feel threatened and they want to level the country. I would too if I were them, but that isn’t the America First slogan they’ been selling to us and no amount of propaganda about them being a threat to us is going to resonate.

My guess is he drops a few bombs and hopefully claims victory and it blows over without getting us into a mess.

But as always, the notion of regime change as some victory will probably turn into a failure. I said the same with Iraq and with the Arab spring. The notion some western friendly guy stays in power there and isn’t replaced by a worse version is always the heavy dog in the Middle East. I have heard these 70% of the population hates the mullahs fairy tales before and we place some western friendly guy into power and a decade later it’s another religious group taking power.

But if we have to deal with having the dumb embarrassing President who won’t shut up and he also becomes a neocon, then this is going to be a long ass 3 more years.
