I have been told by a well qualified doctor that it is possible for Biden's cancer to have gone undetected during his Presidency, if it were aggressive enough.

Even though prostate cancer is often slow (sometimes as long as 20 years), it is not always, and there are some forms which go from undetectable to stage 4 within months.

With that said, given all the lies told about Biden's condition over the years, it's more likely it was known for awhile and just covered up.
