But Im not an expert on this topic, but he could do this or partially do it. He could use the tariffs on incoming good from Mexico or upcharge the applicants trying to come into the USA legally. I know a guy from Australasia that paid 78K to become a legal citizen here. When he told me the story, he was kinda pissed it costs so much, but then again, it was worth it to become a legal citizen here.
Upcharge the people from Mexico to become legal citizens and use that money to fund the wall.
OR stop sending billions to Ukraine (Biden money laundering)and use the money here for the wall construction.

Newsom’s water policies are asinine, but Delta Smelt issue predated him by decades. However, sending more water to LA is politically infeasible, because every single person north of the Tehachapis is adamantly opposed to sending a single extra drop of water to Southern California. If you don’t understand why, you don’t understand our history. LA would drain every farm in the Central Valley to fill their pools, water their lawns, and have Mexicans wash their Range Rovers twice a week if they could. Their appetite for water is insatiable.
