uhh bronny hit 3s over his dad in practice were so fucking back
Bronny actually seems like a nice kid, which is surprising given that his daddy was born arrogant.
But mark my words, he won't have an effective NBA career, and team will be much less likely to give him a shot once Lebron is out of the league.
Knicks trading for KAT was interesting.
Lost in the chatter about how him being too soft for NY is he's now dropped into the weak ass East.
He may not be a killer but will have no problem mowing down all but Embiid every night.
Betting Grizz over, hoping Ja Morant is done cosplaying gangster.

Celtics are repeating easily, yes?
Don't see any East team touching them; they may not go after the 1-seed but hard to imagine anyone else taking them out. It's a shame the Bucks won't contend barring a miraculous Lillard return to form.
I think a stronger opponent than Dallas coming out of the West could take them down if OKC, Minnesota or Memphis click.

BCR, what do you think of the 11-0 Cavs?
Do you think they're for real?
The east standings are bizarre. The THIRD BEST team in the east is the 5-5 Pacers. Then you have the 9-2 Celtics and the 11-0 Cavs. And then... everyone else is under .500. 12 teams out of 15 are under .500. Not sure I've ever seen that 11 games in.
The Bucks are surprisingly terrible so far.
Anyway, it clearly looks like the Cavs and Celts are the best 2 in the East by far. Can you see the Cavs actually beating the Celtics in a 7-game series? I know it's way early to discuss this.
So.... Bronny is in the G League now.

Now away from the NBA, he crushed it, shooting 10-for-13, including 3-for-5 from 3-point land, and scoring 27.
Oh wait.... no he didn't. He went 2-for-10 and 0-for-5 from downtown (the ESPN article above has it wrong). He ended up with 6 points in 31 minutes.
He's not going to be an NBA player once Lebron has retired. Seems like a nice kid, but just not that talented, which is the opposite of Lebron, who is an arrogant asshole but also the most naturally talented basketball player ever.
Bronny has no offensive game, and I don't think he ever will.
They are definitely for real as far as contenders. Words can’t describe how bad JB Bickerstaff was with offensive coaching. Basically he gets guys to play hard, but bad at everything else.
Atkinson coming from GS very similar to Kerr going to GS. Both took over talented young teams ready to take next step. JB was our Mark Jackson. Guys liked him, but he sucked at coaching basketball.
Now I don’t think we are favorites to beat the Celtics assuming Kristaps is healthy and we are healthy. Be closer than before. We actually matched up ok with Boston.
No one else in the East is any better than us outside Boston.
Mobley has taken a leap so far. Garland, more than anything, never looked right after breaking face last year. He looks back to himself. We are deeper. We are quite good all around. We are scoring 130 every other night despite Donovan not needing to carry us and guys playing 30 minutes per game.
Havent caught a Cavs game yet, but reading on the Ringer about them and Atkinson's staggering of the minutes and that seems like coach of the year move right there. Last few years all the talk was the redundancy between their 2 bigs and 2 guards and what trade would be made. Instead they just run basically 2 lineups that each have 2 all-star caliber players in them. 53% of the minutes has 2 of their big 4 on the court. Only 7% of minutes with 1 or less.
Thats how you make a solid bench.
Planning to watch tonight vs Boston
