How did these people get a picture of your penis? Who asked for the picture of your penis?

I know it’s not about the money but in 5 years that $3m would have only been worth $1.5m after inflation.
I hope this eases the pain
This has "Investigative Discovery Channel" shit written all over it.
I'm 38 years old and have never had my dick pic spread across the internet. You know why? Because I don't send my dick pic to women uninvitingly.
You know how you prevent protection orders and having your reputation not ruined? Quit obsessing over someone for months with 0 response. Why would you ever think she'd not contact you from her "real" account but would contact you from "alt" accounts and never meet up with you. It's because they were never her, and you have 0 substantial proof she ever contacted you. End of thread.
Go send Christopher Mitchell your dick pic and you might get some attention.
The only person in this thread that is "crying" is you Niko.
Nobody said sending a dick pic is "against the rules". It's just disgusting and weird.
Did you send her a dick pic? If yes, did she ask for it prior to you sending it, and if so, can you post the proof?
If you sent her one, and she didn't ask for it, that is uninvitingly.
If you did not send her one, how did people get your dick pic?
How did you "play by the rules"? Sending someone messages over and over again even when they don't respond is harassment. Even if she threw in a few white lies in her report because she thought she needed to in order to get the judge to grant the protection order, good on her, because you're a freak and a weird dude.
Barring some shocking revelation which would turn this entire narrative on its ear, you have no case.
You may not want to hear this, but it's true. Everyone does dumb things at some point. In your case, the dumb thing was obsessing over a Twitter girl to the point where she got nervous, and then this caused both harm to your reputation and your ability to play poker in all venues. I agree that these consequences are not pleasant, and if she really did exaggerate something in court, I can see why you're upset.
However, the bottom line is that the primary mistake here was your own (hassling a random Twitter chick and eventually sending her dick pics), and anything resulting from that is largely your fault, aside from anything disproportionate done in response (which I don't believe occurred here).
You are not going to recover millions in a lawsuit, nor will you convince the poker world that you were wronged here. As you've seen, this is a very politically incorrect forum, and I have let you fully state your case. However, even here on PFA, nobody is agreeing with your perspective. That should tell you something.
Fortunately, you have a few things working in your favor here:
1) This was not a major incident. Nobody got hurt, and no money was lost/stolen on either side (I'm not counting lack of opportunity to play the WSOP).
2) The poker community forgets very quickly. Sure, guys like Russ Hamilton and Mike Postle will never recover from what they did, but almost everyone else is able to move on, and live out a normal existence in the community. A big reason for this is because there's so many feuds, scams, and scandals, nobody has time to obsess over anything long term unless it's absolutely huge.
3) You can probably get the ban at WSOP lifted at some point, maybe even for 2025. Again, I am offering you some tips as to what to write to them if you want them to reconsider. However, if you are too proud to do this, then you will remain banned. They are fine without your business.
I really would like to see you just chalk this up to a mistake, move on, and become the successful player again which you said you were. Otherwise, if you let this eat you up until you get some sort of legal vengeance, you are going to forever be miserable.
Most of the people on this forum are older, and have a lot of life experience, including me. Several attorneys are posting in this thread, as well. Take the advice and you'll be better for it.
If only crazy people knew they were crazy.
