Niko, we discussed this extensively in the other thread awhile back, and I gave my advice.

As difficult as this entire thing has been, I really suggest you just move on here.

The good news is that everyone has moved past the whole thing, and nobody in poker is going to care if they see you around. Just stay away from the woman in question (even if you feel that she wronged you), and nobody is going to give you a hard time. Believe me, there are far bigger fish to fry in the poker community, and your story was minor in the grand scheme of things, even among those who took the worst interpretation of what happened.

You will not get removed from this forum, provided you follow the (very few) rules here. However, you aren't likely to get a lot of sympathy from users here unless you provide compelling evidence for your claims.

If you would like some suggestions as to how to apply for WSOP to rescind the ban, I can give you some tips if you like.

Do you have a problem reading what I wrote sir? There is a protocol when somebody gets scammed, I was scammed, you and everybody else is gaslighting me and unwilling to follow the very simple protocol that will exonerate me and hold the negligent party accountable.

I am outlining it as clear as I possible can, I am not speaking in some code. This person has cost me millions in dollars in damages. She made up a fake story and posted it about me, it caused me a permanent injury. I am not even able to buy food right now, I do not know what planet you are living on where you think I'm going to walk into a poker room again. I can provide a mountain of evidence supporting my side, doctors notes, probably can even get a note from my boss that states I am having diffficulty even with basic tasks. This is humiliating for me even to post and you are prolonging what this women is doing to me. I have spent day and night studying this and talking to various people. She F'd up, they all F'd up, I am not looking for sympathy. I do not care about your sympathy!!! They owe me money. Period. You wanna help them sweep it under the rug?

You did not discuss this at all with me in fact you were not even willing to answer the first question. I'm going to state it again, a thorough investigation of every question I have will find without a doubt that I am due damages likely in the millions. If it is arbitrated it will find that her and her pals are liable for damages. I am unable to work, my life is a living hell, and you are talking about me coming back to play poker like I was on a timeout. Follow the protocol and then you have a right to say what you are saying. Until then I am accusing somebody of running a scam on me and it seems you are complicit in restricting my side of this story from being investigated.

I don't understand what you mean by a "simple protocol". This is a forum, not a court of law. If you wish to convince people that you were the one in the right, and that the other party harmed you without reasonable justification, you need to lay out the evidence in a clear and direct fashion. Otherwise you will get nowhere.

I’m ready. I mean like if I show you that she lied in court you don’t say “oh well it still would’ve played out this way or that way”. It’s perjury. If she lied she denied me a chance at a fair hearing. Pattern of lying and cutting corners is what manipulators do. It is why they are so good at it because they expect your response. They use a lot of little lies to get their way. By simple protocol I mean be fair all around when you see what I show everybody. Don’t jump to conclusions in either direction.

Nobody here is interested in technicalities like (unprosecuted) perjury. People lie in court all the time, and only a tiny percentage ever get prosecuted. Furthermore, perjury doesn't necessarily mean that the person's greater claims are false -- only that they lied about something.

You are trying to show that you have been severely wronged. You have to lay it out clearly, and state how this directly translates into hardship/losses. You also have to show wrongdoing.

Guess what bud you are not a judge nor a prosecutor wether or how consequential this is is outside of your jurisdiction. my expectation of you and the rest of readers as members of the community is to verify what did or didn’t happen, how likely or unlikely each of my claims are and go from there. I’m certain if I had the money for proper legal counsel this would have been over already and multiple judgments in my favor.

Yea, you are correct in that bad women often lie with impunity in court but it can be (& is) key details that are lied about which destroy men’s lives. In this case if I were prosecuted (which is what she tried to do) she would have also lied in a criminal court.

I’m owed 6 figures or more for certain. I know it beyond a reasonable doubt. I’m slow to put out names because this should be handled in private. Now follow what I am going to show you and you’ll reach the same conclusion as me. This should have been given attention on March 29th 2023. It would have been much simpler then. It would not have been so severe and so would have been way better off. I cannot get back my health as this is getting progressively worse and I cannot get back my time. I pleaded with people then and I’m still pleading now to look at my side in its entirety. I’ll outline it step by step I ask that you remain unbiased in both directions.

I’m the opposite of a mark. You are correct in assuming I look like one. I’m a magnet for abuse which may have helped in my being observant. Everybody who wrongs me in life gets paid back multiple times over. It is a birthright of mine. The universe has a way of protecting some people.
