Just hours earlier, he uploaded pictures of the family dinner after having a terrible day.

Chronologically, The Bloat went to the gym all by himself at 9:00am.
Then he took the family out to dinner and ordered dinner with a side of mac and cheese and three desserts.

I have a policy about Chrissy.

When he brags, you ignore it. Usually it's a "complete lie", once in awhile it's true, and sometimes it's slightly true but greatly exaggerated.

But when he tells you of misfortune, he's almost always telling the truth.

Why?

Because unlike more clever scammers, Chrissy lets his emotion seep into his own grift. Do you see D Lucky lamenting his "terrible days"? Of course not. D Sucky always smiles and says, "When the thumb goes up, it's just like that!"

But Chrissy sometimes can't help himself and admits that he's failing, albeit temporarily. Remember the video in late December one year (maybe 2021?) when he admitted to have "lost 270k in the casino this year", but then bragged about making more than that with his "other investments" (scams)? I believed that. It was a rare moment of honesty.

So when Chrissy owns up to having a "terrible day", I believe it. And I think it went a lot further than just chums losing in the inner circle. I don't even think there are many chums these days. It seems like he mostly makes money from the BOL commissions, and probably supplements it with the odd chum here and there who foolishly pays for his useless coaching/inner circle.

I think the "terrible day" was Chrissy losing big at the casino. Maybe he tried a big boy sports bet, lost, and then "didn't want to go to bed a loser" (impossible for him), and blew further money.

So then he gave himself a pep talk and said, "You're the GOAT, Christopher! Take the family out, have a nice meal, and remind yourself that these 9-to-5 chumps don't get to eat like this!" It's a coping mechanism. I've seen it before, actually. Some compulsive gamblers will buy themselves nice things after losing, almost to prove to themselves that they're still doing well. Retrain your brain, folks!

Anyway, we can all take enjoyment in the fact that Chrissy got his ass beat in gambling, and is probably close to busto again. Recall that he probably blew $15k on the World Series trips (the cost of the trips, not gambling). So I'm guessing Chrissy got a roll together again, maybe from a BOL whale shooting off, and he bet bigger.... aaaaaaaaaaaannnnndd.... well, you know where he ended up.
