𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 12th March, 2024: Legal action has been taken against Marley Wynter in the Supreme Court of Queensland. I understand that the plaintiffs are people who invested in MHS and MHI, but there are no other public details at the moment.

At the moment you may only be able to watch it by using a VPN but I expect it will be on YouTube in about a week or so. I'll keep an eye out for it and post the link if and when it becomes available there..

UPDATE Monday 17th June, 2024 - from Lawyer representing 11 plaintiffs (a small group of 11 victims that sought legal representation)

Today, the Supreme Court ordered Marley Wynter to pay 11 plaintiffs the sum of $4.8m, which included amounts invested, promised profits and interest. Marley did not contest the claim. Lawyers for the plaintiffs will now seek to enforce the order by identifying assets held by Marley and tracing funds that were transferred to and from Marley’s bank accounts. This may require further Court orders, however the door is now ajar and we’ll hopefully find out soon if there’s anything on the other side.
