My best guess is, he either is aware of this forum and Chrissy's antics, saw the vehicle parked somewhere and made the post. Or he was getting something done at Pro Tint Summerlin (possibly promoting a band or getting decals done) saw that, looked up Chrissy and realized how absurd it is.
