Texans opened -1 and the line jumped the fence near instantly and has hit 2.5 in some spots.

The Jets are getting 25% of the money.

I am in no way shape or form saying the Jets are a lock. If you bet Houston you simply hate $$. The Jets side is about as sharp as they come.

Game closed at +2.5 +100 for Houston.

Red flags were super red.

I had to talk people out of it. I had them texting me what a great bet this was, how we could fade Rodgers against a 6-2 team, AND get points. What a deal!!!

I explained how you should never bet against major reverse line movement, which this was. Not that it moved tremendously, but such a lopsided betting pattern on Houston, it should have gone the other way.

I just didn't have the balls to take Jets because... well.... that team sucks and Rodgers is still somehow overrated. So I sat it out, and instead went 1-1 on my NBA unders -- one easy win, one easy loss.

I was able to catch a Fl Atlantic +3 -115 and a So Fla ML at -135

Less of a “middle” but also got a U Conn -7 -105 and a Ge St +7.5 -110

All it takes is one for a free $1K or so.

Why did air force move to 18 right after your post?

My guess is a bag man showed up with instructions to keep betting AF until it hit 17…… and the books followed.

Same mini middle is showing up for Indiana -6.5 -115 and Sparty +7.5 -110.

Great way of showing the book “big square action” relatively risk free and gives a decent percentage of scooping

Bookmaker has it at -7.5 as the proper line so if you have any guts the play is to take Indiana -6.5 if you dont feel like playing games
