Bigger portions are returning to Chipotle after skimping complaints go viral



Chipotle is taking a closer look at the amount of food it serves to customers as it addresses portion size complaints from patrons.

The Mexican restaurant chain’s interim CEO Scott Boatwright mentioned taking on the issue during an earnings call Tuesday.

Boatwright said there’s been a rash of complaints on social media regarding inconsistent portion sizes at the fast-casual restaurant.

And apparently there’s some truth to the outrage.
