After shelling out over 3 grand to my attorney and waiting almost an entire YEAR for this shit to be resolved...
the city of Fuckbag, Oregon has finally thrown in the towel
all charges against me (DUI and resisting arrest) have been officially dismissed
my attorney called me yesterday laughing his ass off
now I can pursue a civil claim
lol so funny as soon as the ruling came in from the judge, the cities insurance company was calling him asking him what was going on

LOL about your potential lawsuit. Like an Oregon jury is going to give you, a non-resident alcoholic who lives is a foreign country with no job, a shitload of money. Good luck finding an attorney. While your rights may have been violated, you are the epitome of a nightmare client. Any attorney who takes your case is going to get what they deserve, a huge pain in the ass and a lot of wasted time for minimal reward.
I hope you do file a lawsuit and go to trial. I might even consider traveling to Oregon to personally witness the county's defense attorney cross-examining you on the stand. That would be priceless.
