It's not obvious that RFK will siphon more from one side or the other. It's not like 2000's Ralph Nader or 2016's Jill Stein, both of whom were highly likely to take from Democrats, and both of whom changed the election results.
RFK was a Democrat and is from one of the US' most famous Democratic families. That might be a factor in siphoning some D votes, especially from older Democrats.
However, his anti-vax stance might siphon from Republicans, or even non-Republicans who like Trump.
