RFK was a Democrat and is from one of the US' most famous Democratic families. That might be a factor in siphoning some D votes, especially from older Democrats.

However, his anti-vax stance might siphon from Republicans, or even non-Republicans who like Trump.

BTW, ask Druff who the hell has any connection to the Kennedy family 70 years later? Even the Kennedy family aren’t necessarily fans of RFK. Druff is reaching
