This is the voters fault.

1) Giving $ - by goods and services or just handing a homeless person money - incentivizes more of this behavior and attracts other homeless individuals

2) "Soft on crime" policies attracts other criminals outside the municipality whom are -- soft on crime

2) The citizens elect liberals that enact these policies which activates the death spiral of the community.

The people are so propagandized and stupid its hard to feel any empathy at some point - the problem is everyone else has to deal with their stupid mistakes
