Pretty sure this one isn't personal, as Bodog/Bovada is known for giving the middle finger to all but the biggest donks on their site. They are also known to have shitty customer service. People put up with it for years because the games were good.

I am not entitled. I don't feel I deserve more than anyone else. In fact, this is a case where I want equal treatment. I don't expect the same promotions as they give to the big losers on their site, but there is an almost-random inequity, where people with very similar stats/playing habits get wildly different promotions. In this case, I am getting absolutely nothing, while others I know who play there (and win) get routine reload bonuses and other promos.

The problem is that it's very difficult to reach management there, and even if you do, it's hit-or-miss whether they want to help you. This isn't Pokerstars where, love 'em or hate 'em, management is always accessible and at least attempts to look at your case with some semblance of logic. At Bovada, you are dealing with trained monkeys in the Philippines who are reading from a script and a rulebook, and aren't allowed to deviate.
