Yes, if you read the thread I linked, it explains the whole thing, and shows he paid a full month AFTER we signed our contract.
The contract is dated October 1st, and he paid me on November 1st -- and only after I caught him secretly spending the money promised to me, and then lying about it.
The agreement was that he could take immediate full ownership of DD without paying me, but had to forward ALL profits of DD to me immediately until the $996 he owed from the sale was paid off. Instead, he hid the profits from me and spent it on himself, and actually had the nerve to get mad at me for figuring it out.
I kid you not.
