Here's a little story from my pizza delivery days back in CT. A black guy bought the store I was working for at the time. He managed to run it into the ground within one year and was forced to close it because he got arrested for money laundering but that isn't the point.

He brought in 100% blacks to run this Domino's. Some were cool, some weren't but I tried to get a long with all of them and I can even say that I liked a majority of them. Most were from the ghetto with police records and minimal education. They were all lazy. This muscle bound manager with an inch gap between his front teeth spent time in jail for knifing another guy in the back. Said it was around a nine inch knife. He had zero remorse and even worse didn't even know why he did it. That's the scary part....he was laughing about his attempted murder and didn't even have a reason for it besides he wanted to.
