The bigger point is how can an arbitrator decide what my reasoning or intent was? How can they tell me I didn't intend for the bet to be about both words in one post? This isn't a popularity contest. Just because everyone is siding with Vegas doesn't mean he didn't erroneously make a poor offer. Playing the popularity contest and the "you know what I meant" angles is weak sauce.
