While this makes sense, both sides will complain since either:

The brother hates that his brother was murdered so willingly lies about the president
The brother doesnt want to also get epsteined so is lying that the email was just a joke.
Let’s get his comment first and go from there.

The problem is everyone just wants to speculate in partisan bad faith. No one even cares what the truth is.
