When I say "manager", I am not referring to upper management. I am referring to someone above the level of the dopes they have answering the customer service line. They are shutting me out and refusing to let me get above the supervisor level.

Here is my problem:

I don't ever get any promotions on my account. And when I say never, I mean NEVER. Beerandpoker, for example, mentioned that he recently got a great deposit promotion to where he received a 40% bonus bet in the sportsbook.

Not only don't I get things like that, I don't even get smaller promotions or reload bonuses. I get nothing. It has been this way for years.

Here are some examples of how I get nothing, while others in my spot get something:

1) The account was very active in 2007, then aid dormant for years. Others in that spot got some nice deposit bonuses to return, I got nothing.

2) Once my account was re-activated and used semi-frequently, it got nothing, despite actually showing a net loss since being reactivated. Others in my spot, again, got nice promotions in e-mail. I got nothing.

3) Nearly everyone I know seems to get reload bonuses every so often, even if they don't need it. I haven't gotten one of those since 2007.


So for whatever reason, Bodog/Bovada's promotion department either doesn't like my account, or there's some technical problem to where promotions just aren't reaching me.

I verified that the e-mail address is correct, and it's not getting lost by any spam check or anything like that.

I called customer service this weekend about the matter, and the conversations were beyond frustrating. The following happened:

1) They acknowledged that I get no promotions. They will not tell me why, other than, "Promotions are account-specific, and we can't offer you promotions when you call to request them."

2) They refused to look into why I am getting no promotions, other than checking my e-mail address. They refused to contact the promotions department.

3) I was offered a one-time reload bonus of 10% up to $1000 (meaning a max of $100). They reminded me that this bonus was a one-time exception and I would never be given a bonus again by calling and asking for it.

4) When I asked for a manager, both supervisors got very obnoxious. They both told me, "I've already answered all of your questions", and "We won't connect you to a manager about this matter." When I said I wanted to speak to a manager about a different matter, they of course didn't believe me and refused to connect me. When I called back and tried to bullshit that I had a different reason to speak to a manager, they saw the notes and told me that they "know why I'm calling" and that I can't speak to a manager.



All I want is to be able to speak to someone with authority at the company, who can talk to the promotions department and tell me what the hell is going on with my account. Basically, why is everyone else getting promotions and I absolutely NEVER do?

They now have my account on lockdown to where they absolutely will never let me talk to a manager, and the supervisors just repeat the same shit to me without answering anything.
