Rescamming the scammer

Got this email from him on Saturday, not sure if Alvin has been in contact since last radio or if this is basically dead. Would love to see whatever presentation exists, I'm still convinced this is about scamming seniors. Perhaps Mike Lebowitz should represent himself to be old, rich and senile, with a yearning for Hollywood's heyday.

"Hi XXXXX,

Just a follow to make things perfectly clear. Mike's attorney, Mr. Finkelstein called the other night and we talked. He said signing an NDA is no problem, but what he was mainly concerened about was if I had any tattoo's on my neck ( I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TATTOO'S AT ALL). In additional, he was concerned that my product has something to do with pornography. ( THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH PORNOGRAPHY ! ). I'm a straight white business man with a background in real estate investments, no criminal past. A divorced father of 2 teenagers. My ex-wife is a psychologist in private practice. I volunteer my time on a regular basics at the local animal shelter, the aviation museum and my church. I've been working on this start-up for several years now and a lot of hard work has gone into getting it to this point. This is a legitimate start-up with a high class product one could show anyone 8 - 80 yrs old. I'm proud of what I created. Why Mr. Finkelstein thinks me & my start-up has anything to do with pronography & tattoo's is beyond me. If they would have signed the NDA I would have sent them to the link to my two presentation web site and they could have seen for themselves exactly what I have created and the huge market I've taped into.
