Does anyone know why room rates are ridiculously high October 20-22, 2023? I know the formula 1 is in November, but can't find any other huge event that weekend. I nearly get Thursday the 19th comped. Any insight would be great.

Isn't the when we were young festival that weekend? There's no raiders home game that Sunday so it's not that. I'm actually coming in that following week I had no issues getting comped rooms.
I just saw that PBR championships is that weekend... does bull riding actually have that many fans and take up that many rooms???
