The amount of political violence from the right in 2020 is a tiny fraction of the political violence from the left.

I have never claimed that there is NO right-wing political violence -- only that it is infrequent compared to the horrible left-wing violence we have seen throughout 2020.

I have offered tangible, easy-to-settle bets regarding the political affiliation of those arrested at 2020 political protests (for violent crime only -- not minor crimes like failure to disperse), and nobody will take me up on it.

Any honest person with a functioning brain knows which side was primarily responsible for the violence and destruction this year. It's sad that you can't admit this, for fear that it will somehow ruin your arguments about other political matters.

I'm saying that big tech benefits from section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in that they can't be sued for the content of what others post on their forums. They are exempt and that saves them multi-millions of dollars in legal fee's and judgements. So they don't have to censor. But since they choose to censor anyway THEY SHOULD LOSE THEIR EXEMPTION.

I know all about the castle doctrine. It's goes back to 1500's english law that says "a man's home is his castle" and by extension so is his business. Under this doctrine a business has the right to refuse service and doesn't need a reason to do so. But what if the business is a monopoly? Can they still refuse service willy nilly to any and all customers? This issue did not start up when big tech showed up. It's been around for a long long time. It's long established that businesses cannot discriminate for a host of reasons, race, gender, religion, etc.

The Ken Uston lawsuit in New Jersey established that casinos cannot exclude skillfull gamblers. There are other precedents about monopolies not being allowed to exclude certain customers for not very good reasons. If I get thrown out of a bar in Montana there are 1700 others bars I can go to. But with monopolies I don't have that choice. So monopolies must exercise a ton of discretion in barring people.

Anyways, I'm for using anti-trust laws to break up big tech.
