The "original constitution" is still in effect. There has been no rewrite. Only amendments have been added. What were the "certain powers" given to the President. Please cite the exact words in the constitution that gave a President the right to invade states. By your logic Trump could invade states that have gone against him.

What I find interesting is that AOC thinks Republicans don’t know what it’s like to be in the service industry, I didn’t realize that was a partisan job market. I’d estimate 90% of the people I know both dem and Republican have either waited tables or worked in a bar when they were young. It’s a good way to make decent money without professional experience. Yet she cries about it like she experienced some hardship.....
