I agree with most of the other posters. When he knew that he was located he shouted: "Oh shitsky! Day dun finds me! I be fucked!" At that point, like all scammers, he just wanted to buy time to disappear. I would expect him to move to an apartment already rented by someone else who desperately needs a roommate to avoid eviction and won't be terribly fussy. The job change to a place that is off your radar and possibly off the books will likely be coming. On the other hand, what do you have to lose by waiting until he actually misses a payment before you lower the boom on him? Best of luck to all those generous people who tried to help out that charity and were scammed instead.

Jasep wasted hours of my life contacting authorities here in NY, there is actually an FBI file associated with his name which went no where because 22q is a fucking a joke. I say they(being 22q) should get NOTHING. They fucked us and were more than happy to take donations from others and not provide proof that was very much needed.
