Looking at the historical returns of my mutual funds, the average return of even the best one is under 10% average per year.
Not sure where anyone is getting 10-17% without cherry picking start dates.
I currently own stock in Nevada Energy because its an obvious good buy and they pay a nice dividend of $1 per share.
