It would be much more credible if it were released in December, so we could be sure that this was written for informational reasons, rather than vengeance.

Fail in what sense?

It's important in that it establishes a pattern. What he was impeached for with Ukraine was repeated many times with many countries. He threatened or bribed foreign leaders purely for personal gain. Everyone knew Ukraine wasn't the only one but now there are details.

He should be impeached fucking again. And then again. He's committed enough impeachable offenses to last way longer than he will even live, let alone be president.

It already passed the required security review before being published. Now they have suddenly decided to try to block it to review it again. Did they do that bad of a job the first time that they have to review it again? If so that looks just as bad. Zero chance this delays publication. There are copies in the wild already.
