My understanding is that they can contest the results in particular states and put it to a vote, which probably would not pass in the Senate and certainly will die in the House. The result still being a Biden Presidency.Quote:

And the fucking second she was done taking the oath of office the Senate would then confirm the Vice President - which in this case they could/would pick any GOP member out of a hat - who would be Temporarily elevated to President until such time the entirety of congress elected the president.
