So far, I have dealt with two of Elon's companies, and the customer service is absolute shit.
Which doesn't surprise me, because autists don't think about customer service. They have a hard time understanding why customer service is important. They can be good at creating and innovating, but mundane customer service issues -- which are not fun or sexy to solve -- tend to elude them.
Very disappointing, to say the least.
