Okay, I'll put an end to Lannister at this point, because he's just trolling and not responding with anything meaningful. Plus he told me to ban him and is refusing to pay. So that's a no brainer.

Druff has always stated that he goes light on the ban hammer because he strives to be fair. He also among other things doesn't want this site to just become a circle jerk of friends talking amongst each other. I at this point would rather talk with the same 20 people every day rather than be involved in a site where scammers and thiefs run freely.
I used to think differently. But I am 40 years old. I am not the same person I was when I started here. Not even close.
I have always stated that over the past 10+ years that I have made a lot of mistakes, both in life and on these forums. But at this point my reputation and integrity is the most important thing.
I make no mistake that I am famous or well known in the poker world, because I am not. But I am very well known and well respected in this city. Within the Las Vegas gambling community. Within the casino industry.
A lot of it due to my own accord and some of it due to PFA. When I say I can rarely step foot in a casino or card room without someone (usually a stranger) commenting about radio, the forums, Druff or even a question about a character from here, that's the truth.
In the past two months I have conducted transactions with 2 members on here for over $50,000. I never even thought for a second not to conduct the transaction honestly. That's why these low level scams and deceit is even more proposterous to me.
Searless, I'm not going to use my friendship or the fact that I consider myself more than just a user on this site to ask Druff to ban you. My first instinct and even my text to you alluded to me doing that. I have thought the wiser. Whatever Druff does will be on his own accord.
But I say again you being here just like everyone else is a privledge, not a right. You've made it clear to me and everyone on this forum how much you enjoy it here, how much you want to be here and how you don't want to be banned. If the latter is true, then you need to for once and for all get your shit together, contribute to the community in a positive manner (and golf contests aren't good enough) and stop trolling for the sake of being a dick.

Are you saying you just moved to St. Joseph AFTER fookame was already gone? If it was "for college", that indicates you have likely been there for more than a decade.
Let's face it. Your story has huge holes, and I can't just dismiss this as a big misunderstanding where you claimed to be fookame, weren't actually fookame, happened to be from the same town as fookame, and somehow never bothered to ask your best buddy who fookame actually was. Whole thing just seems absurd. And if by some small chance I'm wrong, you did this to yourself by constantly lying to where nobody can trust anything you say.

I appreciate and respect everything you said here. Ive chosen my forum persona. I realize that I teeter on the line, and occasionally cross it. You said it well yourself a few days ago, the forum needs a villain and Ive chose to assume that role. That comes with its consequences. I will not today claim that I will turn over a new leaf and become this friendly likeable forum guy because I wont, even if allowed to stay. I agree with posters in this thread my leaning on my credibility is a lost cause, I cant deny that much. I can see how this web Ive woven has gotten us to this point. But the truth is the truth.
I moved to St Joseph in 2002. I dont recall exactly when I met Animosity or when I started posting on DD. My point about posting under my real name is a huge point that bears more consideration IMO. If I was actually Fookame, actually old school NWP, Id never have done this. Its simply absurd to think so.
