Israel obliterates Yemen's main airport due to attack on Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv

Israel was attacked this week by the increasingly problematic Houthis. They fired a missile at Tel Avlv's Ben Gurion airport and hit the property, though they missed the buildings and planes. There were some injuries in the attack, and no deaths.

But the intent was clear. The Houthis were trying to hit the Ben Gurion terminals and/or airplanes full of people.

Israel obviously wasn't going to take this lying down, so they hit Yemen's main airport in Sanaa today, destroying all of the parked planes (with no people in them, from what I can tell), as well as the infrastructure of the airport itself. The airport now is unusable.

I support this action. Israel just needs to smack hard against any group/country which attacks them, and not worry what the West thinks about it.

Bottom line:

Quit attacking Israel and this shit won't happen.

Israel has every right to do things like this for as long as they keep getting attacked on their homeland.

The Houthis aren't as incompetent or simple as you're portraying. There have been other missile and drone attacks by them in the past. Are you saying these are all fabricated? They are backed by Iran, btw.

How about just accepting that the Houthis are one of several fundamentalist groups who want to exterminate the Jews, and are enabled by Iran as part of a proxy war?

the "turning point" for me was when i learned the actual facts of the "6 day war" many false flags pulled by Israel (and hid them from the US) and attacked a US Ship... the USS Liberty which was a spy/surveillance ship which was only lightly armored and could not defend itself was attacked by Israeli air forces with bombs, bullets and NAPALM... and then jammed the "911" emergency radio frequency so the ship could not call for help... Iran, the most powerful Arab country in the region, wants Israel obliterated, but at the moment they are engaging in proxy wars by funding fanatic groups (Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis), and misleading them into believing they'll have their backs if Israel retaliates. Then, of course, Israel does retaliate, and Iran doesn't keep their end of the bargain.

That's what's happening here.

Fortunately for Iran and these murderous fanatical Islamic groups, they have idiots in the West running propaganda for them, all with their own selfish motivations for doing so.

No that's not the bottom line.

The issues in Gaza are the fault of the ruling government there, which has been Hamas for the past 2 decades.

They steal a lot of the humanitarian aid sent into Gaza.

They use women, children, and hospitals as human shields after committing acts of terror against Israel.

The anger should all be directed at Hamas, and the discussion should be how to get rid of them for everyone's good, not blaming one of their victims (Israel).
