If anyone breaks par, with those conditions, that will be extremely impressive.

This place is so much better.
It's gonna be a bloodbath if they don't get any rain.
And it is gonna be fantastic.
Drk, here's an offer for you:
If no players break par for the tournament (ie no one has a cumulative 4 round score under par), i'll quit posting for a week.
But if someone somehow manages to finish the tournament minus 1 or better, you have to quit posting for a week.
Frankly, if I was putting $ on it, I'd go with the former.
Regardless, do we have a bet?

I just checked the weather conditions. Its definitely in your favor. Plus, I dont think any US Open has been won with a + score, but sure, why not.
The rain early, is likely going to soften those greens up, which will make putting much easier. If people just hit it straight Thurs and Fri, they may get low enough scores that by the time the greens harden again, it wont matter as much.
-EV for me, but lets have some fun. Good sweat for you.
Simp,
my brother was on the scene for several of those. I cant imagine how many shootings he has seen already in the past few months, since going back to work. Saw a few dead ones too.
also, get that cop shit outta here. Thanks!
Last US Open at Oakmont in 2007 the winning score was +5. The way they are talking its more difficult this year.
Am I doing this right Drk? After all, this thread IS about golf.....

"Plus, I dont think any US Open has been won with a + score, but sure, why not."
Drk, you can't possibly be stupid enough to really think no one has won the US Open with a score over par.
They could get a two inches of a rain a day until tourney starts and rum is still winning this bet. Even Day said plus 5 looks good to him right now.
Pooh.....just a heads up.....I'm the one who took the idiot side of the bet. But in my defense taking a bet that only has a 10% of winning is well worth it when the prize is forcing drk to take a week long nap.
Like I said above, if I was betting money I'd go with no one breaking par. Though ernie els did do it in i think 1994.
Anyhow check out the rofl rough
